Recently, two Wendy’s employees became involved in a bacon brawl, no thanks to the 5-second rule.
According to several news reports, a cook at a Wendy’s restaurant in Connecticut has been charged with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace after he allegedly pulled a knife and threatened to stab a co-worker.
The reason? Because he was upset at his co-worker’s attempt to serve a customer bacon that had just fallen on the floor. Obviously, the cook did not agree with the ‘5-second rule’. Hero or villain? You decide.
