My Sunday brunch at the Coquette Brasserie in Raleigh, NC was absolutely delicious. My crepes were loaded with Nutella and banana slices—it kind of tasted like a banana and chocolate Chupa Chup, only way richer. The bacon was exceptional too. Thick and greasy—and it seemed like it was cooked in a cast-iron skillet.
The Apple and Brie crepes were just like a slice of apple pie. Breakfast and dessert rolled into one. You can check out a pic of that dish after the break.
