Microsoft Uses Free Bacon To Lure Engineers Away From Other Companies

In an effort to double its Kinect for Windows team from 35 to 70, Microsoft is attempting to steal engineers from companies like Amazon, Adobe and Google by bribing them with delicious bacon. Yesterday the set up a bacon cart outside Amazon headquarters in Seattle and handed out the fatty goodness to anyone who wished to partake. Today they are supposedly camping out on Fremont near Adobe and Google.

This seems like a decent plan, but since they are using the best tasting, and therefore unhealthiest bacon, along with toppings like Sriracha, spray cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate sauce, any new hires they manage to get out of the promotion will likely come on board with one foot already in the grave.
