North America really likes their beer if this chart is to be believed. It shows what each country in the world chooses to drink most often from beer to wine to spirits and we are firmly in beer territory.
The map was put together by Ghost in the Data who compiled information from the World Health Organization to determine regional favorites.
Not only did they map out what is popular where, but they’ve got it broken down even further on their site. There you can see how much of each type of alcohol is consumed by the people of each country in an average week, proving we all kick back with a nice cold one on a pretty regular basis.
