Ben & Jerry’s has flipped the script in their partnership with Colorado’s New Belgium Brewing to produce Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream (*drools*). The limited edition frozen treat includes New Belgium Brown Ale ice cream and Salted Caramel Swirls topped off with Fudge Brownies (*more drool*).

The ice cream only contains trace elements of alcohol, but it’s designed to be paired with Belgium/B&J’s Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale that was released earlier this year. New Belgium’s PR manager, Bryan Simpson, tells Fortune:

“They have the same flavor profile in that you’ve got caramel and brownies going on in both. The pour over, which is how you’re going to experience it, is a scoop of ice cream with beer over it. My inference was it was going to be very sweet – like a root beer float, but the beer is a lot dryer than a root beer would be. The salt plays off the sweet very well.”

The new ice cream flavor will hit shelves in pint-sized containers starting this November and will be available through the holiday season.
