Starbucks announced that it will implement “targeted price adjustments” to combat increases in the price of green arabica coffee and volatile pricing in raw ingredients like dairy, sugar and cocoa.
Popular beverages like tall regular coffee and “certain espresso beverages” will remain the same, but some “labor-intensive and larger-sized” beverages might see a hike.
What those products are exactly has yet to be revealed, but seriously—why spend the money? Starbucks coffee isn’t even that good. You can make far better coffee at home for a fraction of the price using many store-bought beans and a French press or stove-top espresso maker.
