‘Break Into A Car For A Kit Kat Bar’ Is Not How The Jingle Goes

As a student at Kansas State University recently discovered, Kit Kat bars should be secured when left unattended.

After leaving his car for 15 minutes, Hunter Jobbins returned to find that the Kit Kat in his cup holder had vanished, and in its place was a handwritten note reading:

“Saw Kit Kat in your cup holder. I love Kit Kats so I checked your door and it was unlocked. Did not take anything other than the Kit-Kat. I am sorry and hungry.”

Jobbins reports that reading the missive transformed his initial frustration into laughter. Beyond this, Jobbins got a viral tweet out of the experience that eventually reached the Kit-Kat people, who promptly offered to replace the disappearing candy for him. Check out the tweets below.
