Lollyphile is a candy company that likes to do things a bit differently. For instance, a while back they created a line of vegan breast milk lollipops and blue cheese lollipops. Yeah… I’m not joking about that. This time around they’ve decided to create a new line of bacon Sriracha lollipops, primarily due to the recent news about the Sriracha plant in Irwindale, CA that had to temporarily shut its doors due to the pungent odor it was emitting (they’re now up and running again).
The owner of Lollyphile, Jason Darling, had this to say about the new candies: “We’ve made several kinds of bacon candy and were the first to make a Sriracha candy. This feels like a pretty natural progression, headed straight for awesomeness.” It’s also described on the product page as “candied salty spicy peppery porky goodness”.
Sounds like a great stocking stuffer to me.
