The U.S. Is Getting Its Own Oreo Creme Eggs

After news of their existence spread like wildfire across the internet earlier this month, the Oreo Cadbury Eggs we have all been hoping for will inexplicably remain out of reach in the US. However, we aren’t leaving empty-handed.

A spokesperson for Oreo has announced the launch of the Oreo Egg, a creme-filled candy with cookie pieces, which should arrive in the states sometime in mid-February. It’s essentially the same thing as the Cadbury egg, but the company emphasizes that it is not made with Cadbury chocolate and is not a Cadbury product. Maybe it will be better. Maybe it will be second-rate. We’ll know soon enough.
