Just yesterday we were saying how Burger King Japan is currently offering tremendous Whopper bacon deal—15 extra pieces for only $1.25. It was inevitable that someone would overdo it, and that someone is Japanese website RocketNews.
They went ahead and added 1050 strips of bacon to their Whopper at a cost of ¥7000 or $86.85 then attempted to consume it. Unfortunately, the person they chose wasn’t remotely up to the challenge.

Japan out America-ing America with a new limited time promotion that enables customers to add a ridiculous 15 extra strips of bacon to their Whopper for 100 Yen (or around $1.25). That’s 500% extra bacon—and you don’t need to fumble around with a calculator and chubby fingers to grasp the awesomeness of that math.

If there is one thing that might finally end the internet’s love affair with bacon, it’s watching the guy in the video after the break eat an entire uncooked package.
Burger King is following the lead of other heath conscious eateries like Denny’s and Jack in the Box with a new Bacon Sundae. Currently, the product is being tested in Nashville, TN so there is no telling when or if the product will ever roll out nationally. Not that it really matters—bacon is saturating the market right now. I mean, we live in an age where you can actually buy bacon-flavored lube.
