Panasonic is about to send apartment dwelling, regular oven having, aspiring chefs into a frenzy with the upcoming release of the world’s first ever countertop induction oven.
Panasonic’s Countertop Induction Oven calls upon the company’s more than 40-years history of innovation in induction heating technology. It quickly grills, bakes, toasts, and re-heats and requires little or no preheating, resulting in perfectly cooked meals. With pre-set menu options and adjustable temperature control, the Panasonic CIO takes the guesswork out of grilling steaks, cooking chicken and vegetables all at once but with results that are more flavorful — crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside.
The compact device will reportedly offer the same safety and efficiency that their full size counterparts are known for. Pricing information hasn’t been announced at this point, but the oven is currently slated for release in October 2016.
