Remember that story about the Burger King receipt that said “F*ck You” twice? Well, Burger King has released the following statement regarding this issue:
The Burger King system prides itself on providing excellent service to all of its restaurant guests. It expects all crew members to value and respect every guest they serve…
Burger King Corp. and the franchisee that owns and operates this restaurant deeply regret that this incident occurred.
The franchisee has taken immediate corrective action and both the manager and employee have been terminated. The franchisee has also reached out to the guest directly.
As stated in the previous article, Francisco Perez, the customer in question, turned down vouchers for free food and is considering filing a lawsuit over the incident.
