Wine Country Day 1: Hamachi and Risotto Dinner


The first real meal I had in wine country came from a restaurant in Yountville called Hurley’s. It was getting late in the day, and being so hungry and tired from the trip, it seemed like a good place for a quick bite. Plus it had a decent amount of outdoor seating.

I ordered the grilled hamachi on a bed of risotto, mushrooms, corn and spinach with a lobster-based sauce. Paired it with a Sauvignon Blanc. Delicious.
