Churroduo: Geometric Churros Are The Math Nerd’s Snack Of Choice

1

New York-based pastry chef (and inventor of the cronut) Dominique Ansel is back at the innovation game—this time with interlocking, geometric churros.

Dubbed “Churroduo”, the offering comes with joined sesame/cinnamon sugar and black sesame/black sugar pyramids as well as a caramel dipping sauce.

For the time being, they can only be had at Ansel’s Tokyo bakery, although he is considering selling them at his London and NYC locations as well. Why the answer to this quandary would be anything other than “let’s do it” is beyond me.
