The Tella Ball Shake Is The King Of All Milkshakes

Those Aussies sure do know how to make over the top milkshakes.

Say hello to the Tella Ball Shake.

It’s the brainchild of Foodcraft Espresso and Bakery in Sydney, Australia, and combines a doughnut, Nutella and a milkshake into one extreme dessert. Running at A$10, this formidable sweet treat features a sugar-coated, Nutella-filled doughnut ball that’s plopped on top of a Nutella-based milkshake.

Aki Daikos, the owner of the cafe, and his business partner Simon Kappatos came up with the idea for the shake after they decided to combine the cafe’s two top desserts (the Tella Ball and the Nutella Shake) into one item. So far, shake sales have been good–almost too good. Daikos told Mashable Australia that the demand has been non-stop.

“We made 400 Tella Balls today, and we ran out at 11 a.m. this morning,” he noted. “We used around 30 kilograms of Nutella today, it’s been really crazy. We had to close early today as we ran out of milk.”
