The Cronut Is Over, Time For The Crupcake

There have been all sorts of cronut variations, but Nick Chipman over at Dude Foods decided a different kind of mashup was in order. He combined a cupcake with a croissant to create the Crupcake.

He made them by layering croissant dough in a cupcake wrapper, cooking it, and then covering it with traditional cupcake batter and baking until that was done, too. The result looks absolutely delicious.
