Everyone loves a good coffee break, and in turns out that the pooches at the Kitsap Humane Society in Washington also enjoy heading over to their local Starbucks for a refreshing treat. Molly Clark, a volunteer at the shelter, likes to take one of the shelter’s dogs each Tuesday for a “Puppuccino” (it’s just a little cup of whipped cream, so no coffee involved) at Starbucks.
Aside from getting a chance to enjoy a tasty dollop of whip cream, the shelter notes that the dogs often get a kick out of car ride. Molly only brings along dogs that won’t be stressed out by the experience, but she does bring puppuccinos back to the shelter for the dogs who aren’t able to leave.
The puppuccino-serving Starbucks posts notices about the dogs, so if customers are interested in adopting, they can do so. Also, cute pics like the ones below tend to be great for striking at the heart of the Internet.
