Design firm A2591 decided to take name brand products and strip down their package design to the point where they could be kitchen props on a sitcom set. Each product received two makeovers, one leaving some elements of the original packaging, and another which is basically their logo on a blank canvas. Would this stuff ever sell in a grocery store without any eye catching colors or enlarged product photos designed to get your appetite going? My guess is that the companies behind these products won’t try to find out. Check out some additional redesigns after the break.
