At first glance, buffalo chicken cupcakes (with hot sauce and blue cheese baked in the cake then topped with a blue cheese buttercream frosting) seems like it would be terrible. However, much like my beloved N.Y. Giants they just might surprise you. Could be a new Super Bowl tradition.
