It’s Not A Florida Swamp Pizza Unless It Has Extra Frog Legs And Python Meat

The pizza pictured above is the so-called Everglades Pie, created by Evan Daniell of Evan’s Neighborhood Pizza in Fort Meyers, Florida. It combines the man’s love for the sunshine state and his vested interest in controlling the local invasive python population. It costs $45 for a 14-inch pizza (FYI, python meat costs about $66 a pound), and it features a healthy serving of hog, frog legs, python and swamp cabbage. Evan came up with the recipe around 2 years ago, and so far, around 150 people have ordered it.
