As you all know, Alton Brown has been known to delve into the nerdy side of food. He loves to experiment and try techniques, tools and ingredients that are outside the box. But cooking with squirrel isn’t what you would call “Food Network friendly”.
Fortunately, there’s the Internet.
Brown took to Facebook to discuss his plans to create an Internet cooking show that is basically a sequel to Good Eats, only free of corporate restrictions on things like his language and choice of ingredients.
I don’t know whether to be thrilled or terrified. I guess I’m both.
