Domino’s Pizza is bound and determined to let you know that they’ve sucked in the past and will continue to suck occasionally in the future.
Following in line with their wildly successful strategy of transparency with regard to the quality of their products, Domino’s will run a new campaign in Times Square until August 23rd that will display customer comments from Domino’s Tracker on a 4,630 square-foot billboard.
They claim the comments will be filtered for language and appropriateness, but not opinion. Customers who do make it on the billboard will receive a link to a video clip of their comment running on the board.
It’s definitely a ballsy strategy. After all, we would imagine that people would be more likely to comment about a bad experience than a good one.
