If you took all of the different foods that currently exist, how many recipes do you think you could come up with? The answer would be unfathomable—but there is one chef that can handle numbers like that. IBM’s Watson supercomputer.
Indeed, Watson is busy at work coming up with a whole mess of recipes that no one has ever thought of before.
IBM recently paired up with the Institute of Culinary Education so that chefs could tinker with all of the recipes—and now they’re taking the creations on a food truck tour of the United States.
The chefs are in Las Vegas now, but they’ll be in Austin soon for the SXSW.
Check out the video after the break…
Also, here are some of the recipes that’ll be tested on the road:
- Creole Shrimp-Lamb Dumpling
- Baltic Apple Pie
- Austrian Chocolate Burrito
- Turkish Bruschetta
- Caymanian Plantain Dessert
- Swiss-Thai Asparagus Quiche
- Portuguese Lobster Roll
