An independent contractor selling Jack & Jill ice cream in Eastern Bucks County, Pennsylvania was busted after a motorist spotted his ice cream truck driving erratically and called police. When the truck was pulled over, the driver was visibly intoxicated and there were wine boxes found inside. However, it gets much worse. Police found that the truck had no hand washing facilities and that there were three water bottles filled with urine in the truck, one of which was in the freezer with the ice cream.
The driver was processed and released pending a preliminary DUI hearing, however, in the meantime, he has a legal right to reclaim the truck and go back to selling ice cream. Obviously, you may want to think twice about buying anything edible from this guy.
