The latest rage in 3D printing is entirely edible. Thanks to an add-on produced by Structure3D Printing, you can now print with paste-like materials, including Nutella. The Discov3ry paste extruder will let you print with silicone, polyurethane, clay, Play-Doh, melted chocolate, cookie dough, meringue, fondant and Nutella. All it requires is swapping out printing tips and connecting a feed tube, and you’re on your way to edible 3D printed treats.
The company has launched a kickstarter that will get you the basic kit required for $249 with higher pledge levels getting pre-production models and even beta access to the device.
