In their seemingly endless quest to figure out what creations can protect smartphones from gravity, YouTuber GizmoSlip risked the safety of a Galaxy S8 by encasing it in a raindrop cake and dropping it from 100 ft.

For those who may not know, the Japanese raindrop cake is a tasteless dessert known as “shingen mochi” which is made from spring water and lightly sweetened. It is often served with a brown sugar syrup.
