Chef J. Kenji Lopez-Alt is teaching the world how to make a version of the beloved McRib that wouldn’t be out of place on the menu of the world’s best restaurants.
Dubbed “Ribby McRibface” (ugh – of course) the creation is entirely scratch-made, meaning convenience will have to be sacrificed…nay, slaughtered in order to enjoy one on a regular basis.
