Yuki of “Yukitchen” used potatoes, soy milk, vegetable stock and some Star Wars-inspiration to create a vegan Jabba the Hutt shepherd’s pie.
A sculpted mashed potato Jabba was positioned atop a stew throne and sent through the oven to achieve a golden brown hue. Additional color was then added with wet matcha powder before the familiar facial expression was created using dried seaweed.
