I like potato chips. They’re salty and crunchy and incredibly tasty. The owners of Simply Crispy in Belfast also like chips and have opened a cafe where every sandwich is full of them. The idea for the cafe came to Andrew McMenamin after he read a story in The Ulster Fry. He then changed the name of his existing place, The Wee Cafe, into Simply Crisps. Customers can select the bread and the variety of chips they want to stuff it with. Apparently, the most popular selection so far is a soft, floury “bap” roll with cheese and onion chips.
If you’re looking for carbs, they’ve got you covered.
