Target Canada Knows Their Call Of Duty Customers

Retailers are cooking up different kinds of promotions and deals to reel in customers for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. For example, Target’s Canadian stores are offering some sort of poorly worded Dorito’s tie-in.

A Reddit user in Canada posted the above screen grab of an advertisement he saw for the newest CoD game. Now, the ad seems to imply that if you buy the game, you also get two free bags of Doritos. But if you look closely, you’ll see that the ad states that customers can get “2 select Doritos chips” when they buy the game. So… does that mean they’ll only get two individually wrapped Doritos chips? Ok, we know that’s not going to be the case, but I do kind of want to see what the packaging would like for one lonely Doritos chip. It would probably be adorable.

On that note, they should have at least thrown in a case of Mountain Dew to sweeten the deal.
