This Cookie Dough Cafe Was A Very Good Idea

DŌ, Cookie Dough Confections by baker Kristen Tolman recently opened in Greenwich Village, NYC and it is focused entirely on raw cookie dough. The eggs used in the batter are pasteurized, making the dough completely safe to eat. This is a genius idea. Check out some of the mouth-watering menu items below.
