Domino’s is bringing pizza into the dessert realm with the introduction of their new “Lotta-Chocca Pizza.” The simple offering consists of milk chocolate melted over a 6″ dough base.
Although Twitter seems pleased with the Lotta-Chocca Pizza (it’s hard to imagine that milk chocolate dumped on pizza bread would be flat out bad), The Nottingham Post threw some shade by reporting that the base and the chocolate, while “quite good” on their own, don’t quite work when combined, as it “leaves your mouth feeling as dry as the cardboard in which it’s served.”
The dessert is only available in the U.K. at the moment, but it seems to be selling well, so a wider release seems plausible.
Anyway, me and Laura got a chocolate pizza from Dominos and it was exquisite pic.twitter.com/LBAA8Vwz7T
