Twinkie The Kid Anatomy Lesson

Dwight Eschliman was raised in an atmosphere devoid of meat, dairy or processed food. This led to a fascination with foods that didn’t come straight from God and eventually prompted him to write a book called 37 or so Ingredients, which details the individual components of a Twinkie, including diglyceride, red 40, animal shortening and corn syrup. Judging from many of the photos, it looks like it could also be called: Bowls and Powders: A Love Story.
