cookie cutters

If you’re like me, and you’ve got cookies on the brain 24/7, then you might like these custom, 3D printed cookie cutters by Boetech. The Etsy seller makes anatomically correct cookie cutters of brains, hearts and skulls.  He also has plenty of other non-organ-related designs to peruse too, like his periodic table of elements cookie cutters (which you can check out after the break). Gosh, I’m really hurting for a cookie now.

These gingerbread cookie cutters are way more exciting than the standard ones with the little girl and boy. Now you can have Darth Vader, Chewbacca, C-3PO, Boba Fett, Yoda and a Stormtrooper as tasty gingerbread treats. Just think how cool these guys will look running around the yard of your gingerbread house. Each measures 4″ tall x 3 1/4″ wide and is an officially licensed Star Wars product.

Summer isn’t too far off, and if you’re planning on some beach time, we’ve got a nifty nerdy baking product that definitely won’t make you nervous about getting in the water: Snack (Shark) Attack Cookie Cutters. The set comes with a bitten surfboard, a hungry-looking shark and a… uh, unfortunately wounded surfer. The cutters are roughly 4-5 inches long too. So, what are you waiting for? Tempt fate. We dare ya. We triple dog dare ya!

Flickr user fdecomite made custom aluminimum cookie cutters shaped like a bird and fish (which are now available for sale) to recreate an M.C. Escher print. Baking them in two different colors of cookie dough make them look like a beautiful, and tasty, piece of art.

It’s been a miserably cold winter for most of us, so a nice cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows is a welcome treat. Make it even better by using Cool Whip to create custom “marshmallows”. All you need to do is mix a tub of Cool Whip with 1/4 cup of water and then pour it into a wax paper lined panned. Put the whole thing in the freezer and then once it’s solid pop it back out and use a cookie cutter (preferably a nerdy one) to create your marshmallow.

doctor who baking supplies 8

It’s only appropriate that the UK would get the most awesome Doctor Who baking supplies ever, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. Lakeland has a ridiculous number of bakeware and decorating packs just for the beloved series. You can get a Dalek cake mold, adorable cake pans featuring seven different designs, Dalek straw tappers, cupcake wraps, and for pity’s sake you can even get a Sontaran cookie cutter. All of this would be perfect for a Doctor Who 50th Anniversary celebration.

Now, who do I know in England?
