Cake pops seem to be the latest dessert trend, and I’m loving it because people keep coming up with fun and nerdy designs. I don’t think I’d have the patience to decorate cake pops like Sweet Lauren Cakes in San Francisco though. The bakery has made a variety of superheroes into the bite-sized treats for parties. She’s tackled Batman, Superman, and Spider-Man among others. They’re detailed and probably delicious.
