Dinner Time: World’s Largest Sushi Arrangement

This massive, world record sushi mosaic was created by Norwegian chefs to celebrate China’s ten millionth importation of Norwegian Salmon. The design required the arrangement of 8,734 sushi pieces and depicts the intertwined Norwegian and Chinese flags. Check out a video of the mosaic after the break.
