Cedar and Stuart Anderson, a father and son inventing duo, have honey on their minds. They designed a wooden hive for bees that’s called Flow that features a built-in tap that makes the honey-harvesting process a real breeze.
The Andersons designed the box so that it places a minimal amount of stress on the bees during harvesting (well, save for the brief moment of panic that the bees have when they realize all their honey’s gone), and it includes a small glass viewing port, so you can supervise the bees while they’re working.
Check out a video after the break…
The Andersons are currently gathering funds for Flow over at Indiegogo.
