Glow-In-The Dark Ice Cream Looks Cool, But It’ll Cost You

ice_Upload

This ice cream really does glow-in-the-dark thanks to a synthesized version of the bioluminescent proteins found in jellyfish. It’s the idea of Charles Francis and as good as it looks, you’re not likely to be buying this in gallons. The process of creating the ice cream, which actually glows brighter as you lick it, is very expensive so this frosty treat costs $225 a scoop just to create.
